REFUND POLICY
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase of a massage or facial from Lush & Glow. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at lushnglow.sg@gmail.com within 5 days of your purchase for a full refund. After the 5-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued.
If you have already redeemed your massage or facial at our spa, we cannot issue a refund. However, if you are unable to use your massage or facial due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at lushnglow.sg@gmail.com.
Please note that refunds will only be issued for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased a Lush & Glow massage or facial through a third-party website or vendor, please refer to their refund policy.
